Order completion

Order completion will take place unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions given in the "Order cancelling" paragraph below. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

  • The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
  • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your credit/debit card payment
  • The identification of a pricing or product description error
  • Your not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms and Conditions

Order cancelling

To cancel an order paid for by payment card please contact us within an hour of making the purchase, quoting the IMR transaction number that will have been given to you when the transaction took place. To cancel any other type of order please contact us within twenty four hours of placing your order with full details of the transaction.

Prices

All prices and price-related information are subject to change at any time, without prior notice. The company declines any responsibility related to typographical errors on this website. Prices displayed on the website include packaging, postage and all taxes. There are no hidden charges.

Payment

Secured credit/debit card payment can be made online. Alternatively, you can generate an itemised, printable order form. The latter allows faxed or posted payment by credit/debit card, cheque or bank transfer.

When paying by credit/debit card, your payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.

Delivery

Delivery costs are included in the advertised prices. Ordered goods will typically reach their destination within 3 to 7 days. If a more urgent delivery is required, contact us to make arrangements. Courrier delivery will incur an additional charge.

Availability

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

Lost or damaged product

In the case of non-delivery please wait 28 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed, then contact us. In the case of damaged goods please retain the product and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Limitation of liability

The maximum liability of International Marketing Reports ltd shall not exceed the actual purchase price of any given product. IMR shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages. These limits do not supercede your statutory rights.

Library

A multi-user license grants the right for the purchased software to be used by as many people as requested within the location registered as your delivery address. If additional locations are required, they must be registered with IMR. In such a case - or should you require a semi-public access license (i.e. for multi-campus intranet), please contact us.
